Anger Management

YRC's Anger Management Program is a 12-week, in-person course designed to help participants better understand their emotions, manage anger in healthy ways, and respond to conflict with confidence. Through interactive lessons and practical strategies, participants learn skills to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and make positive choices in everyday situations.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive an official certificate that may meet requirements for certain employers, probation, or the court system.

 

Who Is It For?

YRC offers two versions of the program:

  • Youth (Ages 14–19)

  • Adults (Ages 19 and older)

What You'll Learn

Participants develop skills to:

  • Recognize triggers and warning signs

  • Respond to conflict using healthy communication and assertiveness

  • Manage emotions in positive ways

  • Strengthen relationships

  • Make thoughtful decisions under stress
