The YRC 24/7 Crisis Line is available any time—day or night—to provide immediate support during a crisis or other urgent situation. Whether you're experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, worried about a loved one, or need help when other services are unavailable, we're here to help.

Who Can Call?

Anyone can call the YRC Crisis Line, including:

  • Youth, adults, and older adults

  • Parents, caregivers, and family members

  • Friends or loved ones concerned about someone else

What To Expect?

When you call, you'll be connected with a trained member of our team who will listen (without judgment), provide support, and help determine the next steps.

If our team is already assisting another caller, please leave a message if prompted. We will return your call as soon as possible!

If you want immediate support, please call the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 or the San Benito County Mobile Crisis Unit at (831) 902-2911.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
