As YRC's CalAIM Program Director, Aaron oversees programs that help connect members to coordinated health and social services. He works with staff to ensure programs remain organized, compliant, and focused on providing meaningful support to individuals and families.

Aaron values hearing clients' success stories and celebrating the progress they make throughout their journeys. Through his leadership, collaboration, and dedication to YRC's mission, he helps create the structure and support needed for programs to continue serving the community effectively.
