As part of YRC’s ECM and peer support services, Jazmin helps individuals navigate challenges, connect with resources, and build confidence as they work toward their personal goals. Through building trusting relationships and providing encouragement, she helps members feel less overwhelmed and more supported in their journey.

Jazmin believes everyone deserves to feel respected, understood, and valued. One of the most meaningful parts of her work is seeing the progress people make, whether through reaching a major goal or taking small steps forward. She is passionate about making a positive impact in the community by reminding people that they do not have to face challenges alone.
