As the Executive Director and founder of Youth Recovery Connections, Michael Salinas provides leadership and vision for the organization's programs and services. With a background in behavioral health and recovery, Michael is committed to building a community where individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered to create positive change in their lives.

Michael's personal experiences have shaped his dedication to helping others navigate challenges and find pathways toward healing and growth. After experiencing firsthand the importance of having access to support and resources, he entered the behavioral health field with a commitment to giving back to the community.

Through YRC, Michael works to strengthen support systems for youth, adults, and families while building partnerships that address substance use, mental health, and other challenges facing the community. He sees YRC as a way to bridge the gap in services that the community really needs. His leadership is rooted in the belief that every person has the ability to change and that meaningful support can make a lasting difference.
