Monica Hernandez

As a Parent Educator, Monica works closely with parents and families, helping them identify their needs, set goals, and connect with support that fits their unique situations. She believes in meeting people where they are and providing encouragement as they work toward positive change. Monica coaches parents in how to best support their children and empower themselves, including leading the Dad's Program teaching men how to be better dads to their young children.

Monica is also the ECM Program Manager, leading and supporting YRC's many ECM Case Managers to fulfill their tasks and help clients.

Through her work with families and leadership within the organization, Monica helps strengthen YRC's mission of creating meaningful support systems for youth, adults, and caregivers.
